Timetable

Athena Pilates runs the following Pilates sessions to enhance mental and physical well-being.  These sessions will be a combination of mat-based Pilates exercises to strengthen, tone and mobilise the body and mindfulness and relaxation to help with the management of stress, anxiety and depression. Suitable for all ages and abilities but you need to be able to get on to the floor.

Classes plus access to On Demand area is via a 4 weekly subscription of £40. 

Pay As You Go classes are charged at £14 each but please check availability before booking as spaces are limited.  

Private one-to-one or one-to-two sessions are available on request. These are priced at £40 and £50 respectively and last one hour.

10:15 – 11:15hrs – Deep Release Pilates (Studio only)

11:30 – 12:30hrs – Supported Chair Pilates (Studio only)

18:30 -19:30hrs – Mixed Ability Mat Based Pilates (Studio only) 

19:40 – 20:40hrs – Intermediate/Advanced Mat Based Pilates (Studio and Live Streamed)

Tuesdays

18:00 – 19:00hrs – Mixed Ability Mat Based Pilates (Studio only)

Fridays

07:45 – 08:45hrs – Deep Release Pilates (Studio and Live Streamed)

09:00 – 10:00hrs – Mixed Ability Mat Based Pilates (Studio only)

10:30 – 11:30 – Supported Chair Pilates (Studio only)

SATURdays

08:30 -09:30 – Mixed Ability Mat Based Pilates (Studio only)
